Just because a piece looks dated doesn't mean you need to get rid of it. Case in point, this Lane cedar trunk. There was really nothing structurally wrong with this trunk when I got
it. But the black vinyl upholstered seat was hideous and the gold swivel
wheels didn't add anything to the piece and actually were so small that
the trunk sat too low for my liking.
